Feizhuo's new humidification/spraying header can be precisely adjusted to form a uniform spray distribution throughout the contact area. The VAU nozzle used in the header can be distributed to adjust the flow rate, atomizing air and fan air pressure to provide special injection control.
Although the adjustment of atomizing air, fan air and liquid flow are independent of each other, the effects of field size and spray pattern are interrelated. Because the air and liquid lines are controlled separately, any combination of these pressures can be used effectively.
When the liquid flow is shut off, the clearing needle of each VAU nozzle is activated, which basically eliminates the clogging of the spray holes. This feature and an additional inlet/outlet hole for recirculation flow make this header ideal for spraying viscous liquids.
Choose from 7 configurations:
The JAU nozzle can be matched with any of 7 different sprayer configurations, providing flow rates from 2.8 liters/hour to 179 liters/hour. All inlet connections are 1/8 inch NPT or BSPT. The parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel, with TEFLON Teflon or VITON fluorinated rubber sealing ring.
The optional time controller can be automatically turned on/off at 180 cycles per minute. At least 2.4 bar air pressure is required for the operation of the cylinder.

The maintenance inside the header is quick and easy. Air lines and liquid lines are easy to maintain, and VAU nozzles can be quickly removed for cleaning or replacement. The header industry can be equipped with bushings that allow the frame to rotate for easy maintenance.
